Job Role: Proofread Entry Permits, Labor Contracts, Arabic translations, licenses and the like and ensure these documents are properly typed before releasing to the clients Generate and manage incoming sales inquiries from different sources like Phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients, and referrals Achieve monthly sales targets CRM management for concierge Coordinate between PRO and different suppliers to facilitate clients’ requirements Analyze market competition by conducting regular mystery shopping with free zones/ competitors Maintain high conversion rates Assist clients from initial inquiry, requirements to process services and visa related fees Provide straight forward, transparent, and accurate information related to the requirements of the client المهارات Open to Arabic and Western nationals 40 years old and below Bachelor’s Degree in any stream Minimum 2 years of work experience from any banking/finance institution Able to assist clients on the process for opening bank accounts anywhere in the UAE Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent customer service skills Can join immediately or with 2-week notice period is preferrable تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/concierge-executive-4356415/ |
