Key Responsibilities:
Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
Delivery of budgeted sales Top line & Bottom line in Value / Volume terms for the financial year for assigned territory.
Develop strategies, measure effectiveness, and articulate course corrections with the territory to ensure it is robust to sustain targeted growth rates
Actively manage and monitor A/c receivables and ensure collections within the specified credit limits
Determine and justify the appropriate ways to segment, reach the market, and quantify the market potential in partnership with the Line Manager
Travel regularly to visit key accounts, new & prospective customers to generate business.
Assess and recognize the opportunity within each account and evaluate frequency of account visits; Understand each project’s objectives and the accounts ability to commercialize new products
Accountable for territory growth, development of new business opportunities, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Coordinating with R&D;, SCM & Production for timely development of products, production and dispatch as per sales plan / forecast to ensure smooth servicing to your customers.
Timely submission of weekly / monthly / visit reports any other reports as per business requirement.

Qualifications:
B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry / Management Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from a reputable Business School
Desired Skills and Experience:
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
4~6 years of sales experience in Paint /chemical or related industry
Levant region experience would be an advantage
Proven track record of growth in a territory or industry segment
Skilled at building sales pipelines and moving a prospect through sales funnel to create new business
Business Planning and Strategy
Analytical skill, detail oriented.
Communication skills & strong interpersonal skills (pitching and negotiation) - written and oral
