الوصف الوظيفي What You Will Have: 1. 38 Years of Brand Goodwill 2. Complete Support from the Management. 3. Administrative, Financial and HR Support Functions 4. Fully Furnished Office Space Preliminaries: (Subject to Contractual Terms and Conditions) Primary Duties: (Business Centric) 1. Business Development – You will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion 2. Client Acquisition - You will develop and manage a client portfolio through cultivating new client relationships. 3. Marketing – You will prepare and execute relevant marketing plans to develop the company’s brand image. 4. Business & Management Strategy – You will be responsible to establish and develop various business and management strategies that will enable every function to run and operate in a smooth manner. Secondary Duties: (Project Centric) 1. Project Management Design – You will be responsible for the complete project management from Pre – Construction (Pre-concept, Concept to Tender). 2. Project Contracts – You will be responsible to prepare, discuss and issue project proposals and contracts after advisement with the present management. 3. Project Timeline - Prepare and review preliminary timeline of the project considering all stages of the project starting from feasibility analysis till handover 4. Value Engineering - Carry out cost optimization and value engineering 5. Authorities Approvals - Get statutory approval drawings prepared and get it submitted for timely approval ensuring that there are no violations. 6. Review and Verify - Review and verify statutory approval drawings and documents 7.
