Accountant Vacancy – (Petroleum Industry)

Job Responsibilities-
• Issuance of Proforma Invoices & Contracts
• Preparation of Import/Export documentation (LC/Non LC)
• Coordination with customers/suppliers for documentation
• MIS (Trade Finance & Finance)
• Coordination with customers/ Sales Team for payment follow up
• Allocation of payment receipts in the accounting software
• Assisting in audit of group companies
• Coordination with other departments for documents follow up for export & import documents
• Maintenance of all record related to Export & Import documents
• Preparation of information for auditors at the time of audit
• Any additional task given by management
Education & Job Requirements:
• MBA/CA (Inter)
• Min 3-6 years of Accounting experience preferably with Petrochemical/Petroleum/Oil & Gas industry
• Should have experience in preparation of Import & Export Documentation
• Hands-on experience in preparing MIS reports
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications
• Should know Tally / ERP 9
