To manage the daily operations safely and efficiently in the Container Conversion department, based in Sharjah.
The job responsibilities will include design and planning, managing the workshop, H&S;, stock and cost control.
• Managing Conversion operation in effective manner.
• Monitoring the objectives / KPI established at prescribed frequency.
• Manage and coordinate the workshop/production process including documentation. Plan and assign work to production staff
• Ability to price and estimate projects
• Coordinating with various departments for performing day-to-day activities.
• Ensure safety procedures are adhered to.
• Oversee and coordinate stock control and dispatch
• Interacting with customers, taking feedback from customer about the services provided.
