الوصف الوظيفي Main Responsibilities: -Drive sales and manage DIY and Trade sales section to achieve set revenue targets, net sales, gross profit and objectives. -Develop and implement annual business plans, monitor staff, execute marketing initiatives/campaigns, manage stock levels to maximize business revenue and achieve profits. - Increase company’s revenue and profitability through sales of retrofit solutions and ensure the achievement of set target volume. -Develop a marketing sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. -Bringing opportunities and managing the full negotiation. -Work closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market. -B2C & B2B sales المهارات Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses) • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
