Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Invoicing & payment handling. Booking bills to the expense/cost accounts with supporting documentation and manage accounts payable. Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions. Bank reconciliation. Funds clearance report (when required). Sending daily management reports in defined formats.
Assist in VAT return filling and in audits. Performing other tasks as assigned by line manager.
المهارات
Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting. CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA is a plus.
Prior relevant experience of 3+ years working in a retail environment/service sector; customer-facing experience preferred. ZOHO Books experience preferred. Have excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable. Proficient in VAT and Tax Computations. MS Office – Moderate proficiency; highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented, highly observant, and keen to learn. Basic knowledge of PC equipment and comfort level using electronic equipment like scanners and money counters. Fluent in English.
