Chiller Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
·Responds to Facility Service Work Orders.  Responses primarily will be of the issues with the HVAC systems.

·Completes major repairs and in-depth preventative maintenance as well as other facility maintenance services as may be assigned.

·Interprets compliance requirements and ensures standardization of work.

·Identifies opportunities for process/system improvements and implements them as they are approved.

·Takes and logs readings from critical equipment and takes appropriate corrective actions before system outage occurs.

·Interprets blueprints and schematic drawings or oral/written instructions to assure completion of work to plan in commercial building maintenance operations.

·Uses tools and equipment that are sophisticated in nature, and need to be kept in a calibrated or adjusted state.

·Trains technicians in the latest state of the art techniques, and prepares them for increased responsibility.

·Show commitment towards the quality policy & procedures and ensure that all activities and documents produced are inline as per the QMS.

·Comply with established HSE policies and procedures and correctly use all appropriate equipment provided.

·Adhere to the instructions issued to protect the health and safety of others in the workplace.

المهارات
Qualification, Experience & Skills:

· SSC / HSC.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Contracting / Construction (Facility Management) Company within U.A.E.
