JOB SUMMARY • Overall responsibility of Financial Management and Strategic Planning, Financial Accounting and Cost Control measures. • Monitoring, Analyzing, Interpreting, Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting and MIS Reporting • Review the Corporate Finance and Investments proposals. • Supervision of Material Management and inventory Control measures. • RCM setup and management supervision. • Responsibility of I.T Management, ERP implementations • Project Financing and feasibilities studies • Financial analysis and its decision process. • Business valuations and bank financing. • Contract negotiations and finalization for clients, suppliers, Bank loans and other business dealings. • Ensure the adherence and compliance to IFRS, IAS and other statutory obligations to the financial reporting and also for the corporate governance. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE • Qualified Chartered Accountant • Minimum 10 years post qualification with 5 years in a reputed private hospital in UAE in similar post.
