HR EXECUTIVE - HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing a variety of Human Resource Support service concerning the effective functioning of the Human Resource Department in all aspects. • Provide administrative assistance to the Chief HR Officer. • Establish and maintain professional working relations with the staff, candi-dates, visitors, and business professionals. • Ensure confidentiality of documents / information. • Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer(s) concerning Governmental re-quirements (MOH / Work Permit / Visa Applications). • Upgrade all employee profiles as per JCIA requirement. • Maintain Human Resource Database and all employee records and files. • Assume responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information. • Handle accurate and timely performance of monthly payroll processing and tracks reports of payroll information, and overtime compensation. • Responsible for the calculation of staff leave salary and update staff leave record. • Prepare calculation of End of Service benefits for resigned staff. • Assist staff in completing their exit formalities. • Ensure of the Induction program for the newly joined staff • Write and send internal memo and other correspondences (external letters) • Responsible for safekeeping passports, work permits and other documents • Prepare the requirements for all Visa Application (New / Renewal / Transfer / Cancellation) and Work permit application • Responsible for coordinating with the Travel Agency for Ticket reservation and requisitions. • Modify different Application forms • Maintain and monitor the Time Attendance System • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required and as instructed by the HR Manager. QUAFICATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Management / Psychology or any related field. At least 4 years of experience in HR Field or an equivalent combination of relevant education
