Job Summary • To optimize the patient experience from In-Patient services of Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah • To streamline and expedite the admission and discharge process • Able to connect with Clinicians and non-clinical staff to ensure that patient experience is maximized • To maintain Inter-departmental, connect to ensure quick turnaround time in delivery of services • To coordinate patient transfers in or out of the Hospital and builds relations with other Hospitals • To be highly visible, accessible and approachable to staff, patients and the public • To identify gaps in service excellence levels in the In-Patient areas • To maintain an overview of the standards of care being delivered across defined clinical areas (In- Patient) and initiate remedial action, if necessary. • To develop a post discharge, follow up plan to improve patient experience • To ensure clinical and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to. • Any other miscellaneous task that may be deemed necessary to offer to improve patient experience Work Experience • Atleast 8-10 years of experience in Hospital Operations is a must. • Atleast 2 years should be as a Manager • Should be well versed with running the In-Patient services in a hospital • Should have a thorough knowledge of patient admission and discharge process in a hospital operation • Local UAE/Gulf experience is preferred Qualification Atleast a bachelor’s degree in medicine preferable with an MBA Personal Competencies • Ability to work under intense pressure environment • Good Communication skills • Conflict Resolution • Good with numbers to crunch data to study trends • Writing of report
