As a Telesales Consultant, you will often be the first point of contact with potential customers and are responsible for introducing the company and its product offerings with poise and professionalism to initiate the sales process and in some cases make sales on the phone or online. You will be responsible for building a people network by creating relationships through every call you make.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To contact potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products
· Qualify customers through primary and secondary research
· Answer queries about the company and its products
· Understand customer requirements and offer solutions
· Coordinate sales meetings with the field sales team
· Maintain detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
· Meet sales and marketing campaign targets

REQUIREMENTS
· Education: Bachelor Degree
· Experience: 2+ years in telesales or telemarketing of B2B products
· Knowledge: Understanding of construction businesses, products, and services
· Soft Skills: Presentation, Negotiation, Sales Closing Techniques
· Qualities: Target oriented. Persistence. Follow-through.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS-Office and internet applications
· Languages: Excellent written and spoken business English. Arabic speaking skills are preferred but not required.
· Personality: You must be a positive people person, capable of striking up relationships over a phone call.
· Special skills: A strong commanding voice is a powerful trait in executing this job.
