Position Summary:
To lead a team of software engineers in designing and building innovative next generation aviation software products.
To Ensures all software projects and products are market competitive, adopt emerging technologies, delivered, implemented, and maintained in line with business requirements and standards and up to the clients’ expectations.
Role Description:
Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs:
Works closely with the Product Management team
Guides and supports the development team
Partners with the Stakeholders
Establishes efficient continuous delivery and production operations processes
Other Responsibilities: Conducts benchmark analysis
Oversees the testing and implementation of technical solutions
Continuously explores the new technologies and development methodologies to uplift and enhance the team’s skills in changing technology landscape.
Team Organization:
Reporting to: Head of Development
Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology, master’s degree is preferred. Agile development certifications.
Architectural certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, etc.
Security certifications.
Fluent in English Language.
