Manage and coordinate with existing principal companies:
Data analysis and derive learnings to plug the gap on a constant basis.
Creating Joint Business Plans with Brands and Principals.
Meeting Brand objectives like Distribution, Display and other parameters by working closely with Retail Engagement Leader (REL). REL is responsible for the on ground Lower trade operations.
Designing Trade schemes and coming up with innovative marketing ideas to improve business of all products on board.
Conducting Monthly review meetings and ensuring customer happiness for a long term association.
Creating loyalty programs for retailers and engage them effectively.
New Brands acquisition:
As the platform is already active for the past 1 year, BDM is expected to add more brands onboard by references and lead generation.
Prospecting and Proposal document preparations.
Attending events and actively engaging audience on digital platform.
Achieving monthly objectives.
Requirements:
• Should have worked in FMCG for a minimum of 5 years in Sales/ BD/ Marketing roles
• Should have experience in managing principal companies in FMCG
• Min 2 years of GCC/ UAE experience with DL is a MUST
• Previous work experience with eCommerce is certainly a Plus
• MS OFFICE (Excel, Word and PPT ) and data analysis is an advantage.
• Preferably from Engineering background with MBA.
