OSITION: New Product Development Project Coordinator
SALARY: up to 8,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation
HIRING COMPANY: Manufacturing Company - Perfumes, Cosmetics and Personal Care products
LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationality
Male, 40 years old and below
Open to candidates outside UAE
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Chemistry or any relevant certification/training is preferred
At least 2-3 years of experience in New Product Development of Fragrances, Personal Care and Color Cosmetics
Strong experience as a coordinator/manager in the project management of New Product Development (NPD)
Knowledgeable of using appropriate tool and techniques
Capable of managing multiple projects
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and ensure timely delivery all new product development NPD projects
Coordinate and liase with vendors and customers
Conduct benchmark. competitor and market research
Research market trends and new innovations on product development
Update project status reports
Oversee and handle queries/problems related to product development
Work with procurement team to identify new sources and suppliers
Distribute samples
Gather comments, suggestions and feedback for new product
Maintains component, fragrance and competitive libraries.
