الوصف الوظيفي
Architectural design across the classical and modern design and covering all aspect and process
of design from inception to completion.

Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications and building designs, identifying errors and implementing requisite measures for the same.

Managing all projects by defining project scope, goals and deliverables in compliance with company standards and to the utmost satisfaction.

Identifying all risk elements to avoid delaying the project program and the planning application deadline.

Implementing and executing successful corporate and commercial design and planning strategies.

Administering construction contracts by collaborating with contractors.

Finalizing projects within stipulated time and budget as well as generating progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

المهارات
M.Tech / B.Tech - Architecture.
Min 12 yrs of experience with large Architectural Consultancy. Min 4 yrs worked in UAE.
Expert in architecture design.
Must done master planning, project management, internal and external architecture, client relationship management, property development, group management, construction programming and procurement.
