Job Responsibilities:
To provide input and ideas into CS initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
Interact with BP’S to discuss production, sample requests, shipping, L&D;errors and other pertinent issues.
Investigate order discrepancies with L&D;, production & other customer satisfaction
Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals including
Complete any projects assigned by the Sales Manager not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings and any other sales support functions that may arise, as staffing requirements and business evolution dictate.
Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a Sales Team member is out of the office.
To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to our customers as required.
To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to
To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
To maintain good relations with our customers.
To maintain an efficient working environment.
To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing POSM as required.
To follow up all enquiries & preparing proposals where necessary.
Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager.
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager.
Ensure an efficient tracking system of all communications & keep a client database.
To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Sales Manager.
To encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements:
2 -3 years work experience as a Sales Coordinator
Bachelor’s degree holder
Gender - Male
Salary- AED 5000-6000 +medical +Air ticket
Location - Sharjah
