• Determination of initial condition of quotation
• Standard Quotation, determination of material cost and identify of technical support is needed
• Analysis of the profitability and creation of the offer
• Guarantee customer requirements and deadlines are met
• Enable fast quotations for standard RFC’s
• Align with Customer or I&D;if all information is available to assess costs and feasibility;
• Make the project plan, assuring that all required resources are involved;
• Determine material costs based on available database;
• Compile total product costs (materials, investments and operational costs);
• If needed, request additional information to the customer to evaluate feasibility or determine costs;
• Conduct alignment meeting with customer to review costs and feasibility;
• Conduct internal meeting to discuss all necessary tests and trials and to outline project details and product specifications.
• Receive/collect from the customer, I&D;or IPS all the necessary data required for project implementation;
• Prepare kick-off meeting assessing risks and defining project plan;
• Manage kick-off meeting for implementation to share all necessary information, define supply chain needs, and evaluate the risk assessment with the team;
• Make the project plan, assuring that all required resources are involved;
• Send trial reports to customer and align results;
• Assess initial material costs and investments during product development;
• Provide the investment and cost calculation to the KAM;
• Conduct alignment meeting with customer on necessary samples, tests and trials and cost allocation;
• Prepare and distribute product dossier;
• Support in artwork development/colour matching being the link between the customer and supplier (When service is requested by the customer);
• Define the appropriate corrective actions in case of deviation (cost and time);
• Create purchase orders for materials required for the first trial;
• Alignment on ISA which is based on standards and signed by Key Account Manager, Operations and Supply Chain;
• Assure that all applicable requirements for QA, GMP and HSE were taken in consideration and are properly addressed
• Handover project responsibility to Customer Service after first production order;
• Balance the workload and assure that priorities are properly settled when required.
• Prepare high level implementation plan for customer negotiations;
• Implement value engineering measurements
• Prepare detailed steps of implementation including timelines and responsibilities
• Collaborate with the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System:
• Collaborate with the environment local responsible when requested;
• Separation, identification and correct conditioning of wastes;
• Ensure the best conditions of safety and cleanliness of equipment and infrastructure;
• Accomplish and make accomplish all standards and procedures implemented in the organization;
• Cooperate actively with the company to improve the compliance with standards and procedures of HS&E;
• Report unsafe occurrences.
• Collaborate with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System;
• Accomplish and make accomplish all standards and procedures implemented in the organization;
• Participation in the analysis of non-conformities, observations and / or improvement opportunities by proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Cooperate actively with the company to improve the compliance with Quality standards and procedures;
• Report unusual problems.
