Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Preparation of periodical reports.
Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities are properly recorded & documented
Executing the work order issued by the superiors with specified standards.
Response to emergencies and breakdowns.
Assist to perform the Plumbing, electrical and other works when and where required.
Advises supervisor concerning major repairs / changes required.
Complies with local rules, regulations and codes and works.
Monitors performance and adjusts HVAC equipment to obtain maximum efficiency
