الوصف الوظيفي To Coordinate with the sales team, management, and other key stakeholders to achieve the goals of the organization. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material to the sales team. To follow up all inquiries, preparing proposals where necessary, contracting bookings and raising invoices. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. To record the progress of all inquiries and translate into a monthly report, including the source of business trends, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the manager. Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Ensure adherence to laws and policies. The job holder must be flexible in terms of working hours as business demands can often change at the last minute. The role is generally business hours; however, some evening and weekend work will be required. Attention to detail is essential at all times to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Time management is of the essence and the job holder must be confident that they can deal with a number of things at any one time and constantly re-evaluate priorities. المهارات 1-3 plus years of professional experience. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. Good Computer skills (MS Office). High-level proficiency in Excel and salesforce.com is desirable, and sound knowledge of word and outlook is essential. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English is desired. The Arabic language would be a great plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work productively and independently. Good collaborative skills in coordinating with a variety of other departments such as customer service, finance, operations, and partner agents. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
