الوصف الوظيفي
-Conducting high quality research into markets and companies, providing strategic analysis and presentations to support decision making amongst senior management
-Build and maintain complex financial models to assist on-going projects with minimal supervision
-Identifying legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the company’s financial strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations and the overall group financial policy

-Liaising with external parties, such as banks, lawyers, consultants on relevant matters and attending company events representing the firm in a professional capacity

المهارات
-Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity with upstream Oil & Gas sector experience.
-Professional training in accounting, valuation and modelling as part of an investment bank training scheme, or equivalent in a consultancy. You will ideally have obtained a CFA, MBA or post-graduate qualification
-Bachelor degree with honours (2:1 minimum) in a quantitative subject such as Finance, Mathematics, -Engineering, Economics or Physics from a top tier university
