Building Materials Sales Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Make new sales accounts and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Monitor item costs, competition, supply and demand.

المهارات
• 3 years + experience
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Arabic Speaking would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Be Details orientated with a high level of data accuracy.
• Be highly PC literate with strong knowledge of MS office products Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Knowledge of basic book keeping.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• The capability to work effectively autonomously with little or no supervision.
