• Conducting research for relevant products for management.
• Developing wireframes and workflows based on user research findings
• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly products.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology and behaviour.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Create personas through user research and data.
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
• Develop prototypes around user and business needs.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Maintain the Accelaero Design System and Guidelines
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
المهارات
• Proven experience as a User Researcher or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of product research and offerings.
• Background in research.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Familiarity in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Balsamiq, Sketch, Framer, Principle).
• Familiarity of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Analytical mind with a business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
