We are now recruiting for the position of Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business management to ensure business objectives and targets are met
• Maintain staff recruiting, selecting, orienting and training
• Supervise and manage Sharjah operations
• Maintain staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
• Ensure availability of materials, staff, and services on assigned locations
• Market research by studying locations, advertising, sales promotion and display plans; analyzing, operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
• Complete business operation requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and inventory
• To be involved in the appointment of Cleaning Staff
• Ensure all work carried out by the Cleaning Staff as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed

MUST HAVE A VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE
