الوصف الوظيفي Developing production and materials strategies, covering manufacturing goals, labor and material management, manufacturing capacities, production network and supply constraints, production processes and infrastructure, etc.; Developing and monitoring production forecasts performances; Creating materials’ unconstrained and constrained plans based on critical materials and suppliers’ capacities; Managing the master production schedule, work-in-progress inventory and the generation and execution of sites’ schedules; Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with the stakeholders; Providing approvals in generating line level plans, detailed schedules and releasing production orders; Collaborating with maintenance team in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment; Overseeing the management of raw material inventories, execution of detailed line scheduling and assessing production performances; Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met; Ensuring that the test equipment calibration is carried out appropriately, and the test records are maintained; المهارات Bachelor of Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Minimum of 10 years of Experiences in Plastic Industry – Injection Section Leadership Skills Management Skills Planning Skills Problem Solving Skills Communication Skills Analytical & Presentation Skills Proficiency in MS Office with a compulsory knowledge of ERP System تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/production-manager-plastic-factory-injection-department-3807850/ |
