Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervises and evaluates manpower.
Ensure that all assets of the facility are checked regularly for repairs and refurbishing, and that
appropriate maintenance is affected.
Ensure client complaints are resolved properly.
Detect potential failure and take primitive actions
Evaluates equipment assets and systems performance and take necessary actions.
Conducts general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness
Support in design and modification.
Ensure that staff are coached and trained to perform their duties effectively.
Ensure that adequate stocks of supplies of routine maintenance materials are available.
Ensure that health and safety precaution applied
Evaluate, follow up and coordinate with sub-contractors
Implement and practices sustainability in operations
Education & Other Skills:
ITI Certificate (Preferred not Limited)
Polytechnic Diploma
Electrical / Mechanical Education
5-8 years of experience in building, maintenance
Driving License Preferred
Males Only
