JOB PURPOSE:
To handle all the purchasing related issues in the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Accountable for planning, implementing and following up all kinds of insurance:
❖ Medical Insurance.
❖ Property Insurance (All risks including third party liability).
❖ Contractors’ Insurance (All risks including third party liability).
❖ Service/ General Insurance (Facilities Management).
❖ Motor Fleet Insurance.
❖ Workmen’s Compensation:
A. Quotations comparison will be implemented once received the quotations from different insurance companies to choose the best based on difference set of criteria (rates, categories coverage, etc.)
B. Initiate, monitor and track all insurance claims.
▪ Manage the full process from the quotation requisition up to LPO implementation in terms of the Company Property Maintenance such as Camp Accommodations, Flats, Parking Rooms, Offices, etc.
▪ Organize the quotation enquiries for any cleaning materials requested from Camp Accommodations and Offices.
▪ Request quotations of stationary and cartridge for Offices.
▪ Handle the petty cash and provide catering for visitors when required.
▪ Manage, monitor, track and evaluate all the utilities’ expenses (SEWA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, etc.)
▪ Deal with all the inventory such as furniture, stationary, cartridge, cleaning materials, etc.
▪ Responsible for closing petty cash matters for purchased materials, if any.
▪ Administer all the monetary transactions for Administration and Legal Department.
المهارات
Experience:
▪ Relevant 3 - 5 years of work experience in UAE.
Qualification /Training:
▪ Diploma in relevant field or above.
Skills/Competencies:
▪ Knowledge of industry legal requirements and regulations.
▪ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Excellent negotiation skills.
▪ IT literacy (MS Office) and English proficiency.
▪ Proven history of honoring commitments; accountability.
▪ High level of integrity and work ethics.
▪ Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
▪ Team player.
