Consultant Intensivist

This position is likely to be on interest for someone with specific training and experience of having worked in Cardiac ICU. You will be working with electronic medical records and expected to deliver high quality evidence-based care.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. You will be working alongside team of consultants and specialists to deliver multidisciplinary care to patients and participate in departmental on-call rota.

2. Assume responsibility for ICU and take care of patients in line with established best practice.

3. There is focus on accurate documentation of all relevant clinical information.

4. Support and participate in the organization’s performance management, including peer reviews and the productivity and utilization review processes.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

5. A Medical Practitioner with formal accredited training in Intensive care.

6. If you have training and experience of having worked in both adult and pediatric ICU, please highlight it.

7. Local UAE applicants wishing to move to an established, high quality hospital are encouraged to apply

8. Western qualified with American Board/CCT UK or its equivalent which is listed in the approved PQR issued by Licensing Authority (Ministry of Health) and experience in working JCI Accredited Hospital will be added advantage.

9. Preferably with MOH/DHA or HAAD eligibility/license
