LPG Operations Supervisor

1. Daily Operations
 Monitors and participates in the operations and maintenance of the LPG Filling Plant and LPG Distribution Centre in a safe and efficient environment
 Monitors the supply and distribution facility to ensure customer requirements are met
 Monitors the handling of LPG cylinders and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
 Coordinates with maintenance unit and contractors and government bodies with regards to scheduled and normal maintenance activities of LPG Plants and cylinders and project activities
 Procures materials for LPG Filling Plant and LPG Distribution Centre in coordination with Purchasing and Stores section Raises Purchase Request in Oracle system

2. Health, Safety, Environment.
 Promotes an incident free environment by establishing a strong safety culture
 Monitors operations are performed in line with safety procedures, operational guidelines, and in compliance with all local authority regulations
 Provides training to employees and outsourced staff on safe work processes, operating procedures and safety Reports all accidents/incidents to Line manager; takes an active role in emergency response situations

3. Stock Management
 Verifies all the transaction postings and approval in Oracle system in order to maintain stock levels
 Prepares stock reports and statements for all products handled Conducts periodic quality checks and inspections of product quality in line with product specifications and standards

4. Time Management
 Creates monthly time sheet in Oracle system for Terminal Supdt. approval Prepares work plan and overtime calculations, alerts Terminal Supdt. to any major absenteeism

5. Technical & Quality Control
 Provides and maintains technical data with respect to products and equipment
 Checks the quality and integrity of products, equipments and facilities within industry standards and requests for routine quality inspection checklist audit; follows-up accordingly
6. Stakeholder Management
 Establishes and maintains effective relationships terminal staff, drivers, customers, port authorities, agents, surveyors required to meet business and operational objectives  Works effectively, proactively and with urgency across SNOC and externally to ensure the delivery of joint services/results that meet interests, and for knowledge sharing
