Job Description
The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Secretary will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Secretary will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Candidate Requirements
Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant
or Secretary will be a plus
