Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to drive on-time renewals and retention.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for value-added services.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless license renewal process.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Business Setup, Sales Support, or After-Sales is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• A results-driven team player with excellent analytical and time-management abilities.
