We are hiring for the role of Time keeper Operations.
Location: Dubai (AL Karama)
Position: Time Keeper
Salary: upto AED 2500 + Accommodation + Other Benefits
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a timekeeper in construction/ engineering/ oil & gas industry.
• Experience in handling blue collared staff.
• Must be well versed in Advanced excel.
• Home country experience will also do.
Responsibilities:
• Collecting and verifying employee timecards.
• Oversee and manage day to day administrative operations, including office management.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain efficient systems for records management, document control with good knowledge in budget management.
• Entering time and attendance data into payroll system.
• Calculating overtime and paid time off.
• Resolving time and attendance discrepancies.
• Generating payroll reports and analytics.
• Assisting with payroll.
Note candidate must be available in UAE for the interview.
