Hiring Urgently Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dubai, DIP 1
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at GCS German Concrete Works & Building Contracting LLC located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting, etc.
Qualifications
• Cost Control, BOQ, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
