Key Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Previous hotel experience is required.
• Candidates must be locally available in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to our guests.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Take accurate messages and ensure their timely delivery.
• Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about our hotel’s amenities and services.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls.
