Job Description:
Regent Middle East is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in student recruitment and educational marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing student recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to Regent.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the college at agencies, including high school visits, college fairs, and community events.
• Support the building and maintaining of relationships with educational counselors, advisors, and key stakeholders to promote the college and its programs.
• Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admissions requirements, program offerings, scholarships, and financial aid options.
• Aid in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to promote the college and its programs.
• Utilize social media platforms and online channels to engage with prospective students and generate leads.
• Collaborate with academic departments and administrative units to support recruitment efforts and achieve enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, inquiries, and applicant data.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the field of higher education and student recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Interest in student recruitment, business development, admissions, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and Bengali is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for education and student success.
