Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager in hashtag#Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and maximizing client satisfaction. They will also collaborate with the design and operations teams the Business Development Manager will analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development and sales
• In-depth knowledge of the interior design, fit-out, and furnishings industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or interior design ( Mandatory )
