Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Build a network of potential candidates
• Collaborate with operations managers to understand staffing needs
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates
• Actively participate in all HR related duties
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR/talent acquisition, in hospitality, is a must
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of local labor law, and regulations
• Self-driven
