Kandas Interiors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer specializing in Joinery and Fitout to join our dynamic team in the UAE. As a leading company in interior design and fitout solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage joinery and fitout projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise site activities and provide technical guidance to site workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in joinery and fitout projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of joinery and fitout materials, techniques, and processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
