Projects and Sales Coordinator

Graniti Building Materials is hiring a Projects and Sales Coordinator with document control and administrative duties.
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the Project team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the Project team’s activities.
Job Description:
• Manage the Project’s team data and information flow
• Respond to complaints from customers if needed and give after-sales support when requested.
• Support the Project Team with document control and administrative duties. • Set up and maintain Project folders.
• Prepare tender / inquiry instructions, forms, and scopes for distribution.
• Work in collaboration with the Project Sales Team to ensure timely execution of the supplier agreements.
• Prepare and send out quotations/proposals to clients.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
• Other related duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
• Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Previous construction industry experience is preferred.
• Key competencies are initiative, communication, teamwork, and time management.
Essential Functions:
• 3-5 years UAE experience, in the field of Trading/Construction Business
• Bachelor’s degree in related field with work experience.
• Proficiency with computers and estimating department’s data and information flow.
• Handles multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Prepare and maintain all Project’s documents
• Successfully work in collaboration with others.
