Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Social Media Moderator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and will be responsible for managing and moderating our social media channels to ensure a safe and engaging online community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage our social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others).
• Engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and remove inappropriate content according to company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Proven experience in social media moderation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.
