About the Opportunity
TXM is currently searching for a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to the CEO, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments.
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage their workload.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other critical documents.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Organize travel arrangements and logistics.
• Manage confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
• Provide administrative and business support as needed.
Who we’re Looking For:
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• A background in finance is highly desirable.
