Responsibilities-
• Expertise in website management, email system management, IT Support, business setup IT services
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of website backend management, including CMS and server maintenance.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Familiarity with network management and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
