As the Executive Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the General Manager’s office.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with hotel management software
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
• Liaise with hotel departments and external stakeholders
• Maintain filing systems and ensure the accuracy of information
