Key Responsibilities:
Are you a seasoned professional in the automotive industry? GFS Group Dubai is urgently seeking a Vehicle Sales & Purchasing Executive to join our team. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in car sales, purchasing, and spare parts, preferably from the Pakistani community. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience covering both new and used vehicles.
Responsibilities:
• Source, negotiate, and purchase vehicles in line with company requirements and budget.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, dealerships, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
• Manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with departments to understand vehicle needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, payments, and vehicle specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in vehicle sales and purchasing, including spare parts.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Expertise in car sales and purchasing ad postings on Dubizzle and other platforms.
• Thorough understanding of market trends, pricing, and vehicle specs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in both procurement and vehicle marketing.
