Hiring Real Estate Sales Manager
Our company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. In this position, the supervision of salespeople is your top priority. You will set sales goals, help secure leads, and train new agents for your staff. You will also call upon your years of sales experience to help with complicated matters, such as complex retail contracts and sales forecasting. Our perfect applicant has an active real estate license and years of experience in the field.
Real Estate Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Hire and train real estate agents
• Set goals and motivate your agents to surpass them
• Source new leads for your agents
• Provide support on complex sales
• Implement team-wide sales strategies
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong leadership skills
Requirements:
If you have the following experience and qualifications:
• 2-3 years sales experience with a major UAE property developer or leading real estate broker
• RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified
• Knowledgeable Dubai real estate market and latest trends
• Good network / database of investors
• Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on own initiative
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or a similar role in Real Estate.
• Sound knowledge in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Arabic speaking
• UAE driving license
