Hiring HR Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE.
One of our clients that specializes in providing solutions to Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is looking to hire HR Administrator to join their company in Dubai.
The HR Administrator will provide support in various human resources functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee record maintenance, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures that the HR department operates smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee basic administrative functions such as Talent Acquisition, operations, payroll etc.
• Manage day to day operational needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Possess excellent communication skills, has attention to detail.
