Hiring Senior Procurement Officer - Construction Materials (Dubai)
Are you a procurement professional with a passion for the construction industry?
Legacy Group Services is seeking a highly motivated Senior Procurement Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key role in sourcing and acquiring construction materials, electrical, and mechanical equipment for our projects.
About You:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction, building materials, electrical, or mechanical fields.
• Proven experience handling procurement for international clients, ideally including US ARMY or UN.
• Ability to understand US and European English accents.
• Experience operating in the European market is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in managing and evaluating RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs.
• Experience in drafting and finalizing contracts.
• Ability to manage assigned purchase orders and contracts, including benchmarking.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and government bodies.
