Saifco Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for the below posts for our operations in Dubai with experience in UAE MEP Contracting:
MEP Planning Engineer
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in MEP planning, scheduling, and coordination preferably in UAE.
• Proficiency in latest versions of Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP activities.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of MEP plans with overall project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and identify deviations from the schedule.
• Analyze project data to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders on MEP project status.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute expertise on MEP planning and scheduling.
