Al Ghurair is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader - Payroll to ensure our employees are paid on time and accurately, while adhering to all UAE labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire payroll process, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments for all employees.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance with UAE payroll standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing payroll inquiries and resolving issues for both internal and external clients.
• Generate insightful reports and conduct data analysis to optimize payroll operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll management, with some experience leading a team in the UAE.
• In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, especially for large volumes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate reports and conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
