Job description:
The DC Operation Manager is responsible for the operation of the entire data centre and ensure support for the other departments for the smooth running of the organisation.
Qualifications:
• Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 10 years of Data Center, Customer, Vendor & Contractor Management experience.
• Knowledge of Datacenter MEP Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management.
• Experience in IT security systems
• Strong technical background, preferable include practical and hands-on.
Skills Required:
• In-depth knowledge on data center operations and processes.
• Recent hands-on knowledge on hardware and software of server and network installation and troubleshooting across multiple vendors.
• Experience in Incident management
• Solid data mining/analysis skill.
• .High literacy in security and customer data protection.
• Solid communication skill set (decision making, confrontation management, commitment, coaching the team)
• .Fluent English verbal and written proficiency.
• Project Management skill.
